The production equipments mainly include: ?14500mm Natural gas rotating heat furnace, ?180 piecing mill, ?180 accu-roll mill, rated voltage 210Mpa high-pressure water decaling equipment, 380-9 slight-tensioned reducing mill, BYLC142 cooling bed, ?180 six-roll strainghtener and QG1118 high efficiency pipe cutter. Futhermore, it can produce large-sized seamless pipes ranging from 426mm to 820mm, wall thickness from 5mm-65mm. The length of per pipe will reach upto 18 meters, which fills the gap in North China.
